Welding is science and art combined. Our welders are qualified according to the American Welding Society (AWS) and ASME Section IX, with valid Welder Qualification Records (WQR) for the processes and materials they perform. In addition, we maintain properly qualified and registered Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
We perform welding across multiple processes: SMAW (shielded metal arc), GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), FCAW (flux-cored arc), and SAW (submerged arc), always following qualified procedures. Our welding inspectors (Level 2 per Petrobras SNQC or AWS CWI) ensure quality at every stage: joint preparation, execution, visual inspection, and non-destructive testing.
We serve industries with strict welding quality requirements: offshore (where failures can be catastrophic), naval (subject to classification society certification), port (high cyclic loads), and industrial (aggressive environments with corrosion and temperature).
