Anti-corrosion protection systems are critical to the longevity of metal structures, especially in aggressive marine environments. Our blasting and painting department strictly follows NACE, SSPC, and Petrobras N-13 standards, ensuring proper surface preparation and application of the paint systems specified in the project.
We use certified abrasives, blasting equipment with abrasive recovery (for indoor work), and high-pressure airless spray systems for uniform paint application. Our painters are trained according to Petrobras N-2156 and hold valid certification.
We perform everything from new surface preparation (Sa 2½ or Sa 3) to maintenance of existing coatings (spot blasting), with strict control of environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dew point) as required.
