Our boilermaking shop combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. We handle everything from small repairs to the fabrication of metal structures weighing hundreds of tons, always strictly following ASME, AWS, and Brazilian (NBR) standards.
We rely on welders qualified per AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX, with registered and traceable WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications). Our equipment fleet includes CNC cutting machines, large-scale rolling machines, hydraulic presses, and heavy-load handling systems.
We have already fabricated and installed over 500 tons of metal structures for port, industrial, and offshore projects, including habitable modules, equipment skids, piping spools, and non-certified pressure vessels. Every project undergoes rigorous dimensional quality control and 100% visual inspection.
