3 simultaneous teams for 3 months:

Team 1 - Structure:

• Straightening (hydraulic presses)
• Cutting and replacing irreparable sections
• Welding reinforcements
• NDT on critical welds

Team 2 - Hydraulic:

• Complete disassembly
• Cylinder reconditioning
• Replacement of hoses/connections
• Pressure tests

Team 3 - Finishing:

• Blasting Sa 2½
• Marine anti-corrosive painting

Reused: 70% (structure, axles, motor, pumps)
Replaced: 30% (sheet metal, cylinders, hoses, electrical)
